Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution (40%)
- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital strategies aligned with business objectives. This includes defining target audiences, setting goals, and selecting appropriate channels.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Potentially involved in content creation, strategy, and distribution across various digital channels.
Team Leadership & Management (30%)
- Leading and mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Project Management (30%)
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and making data- driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Managing the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize impact.
- Require hands-on experience with website management, Search, social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing tools.
Requirements:
- Several years (often 5-7 years) of experience in digital media planning, buying, or campaign management is usually necessary.
- Experience working within a media agency is often preferred, as it provides exposure to various digital platforms and campaign strategies.
- Require certifications related to digital media planning or specific advertising platforms
