[HCM] Senior Account Executive

Account

Responsibility:

  • Assist the Account Manager in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional results.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, media, production and SEO specialists, to manage project tasks and deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign progress and provide regular updates to the Account Manager and clients on performance and results.
  • Handle day-to-day client communication, addressing inquiries, and providing timely feedback.
  • Contribute to pitch presentations and client meetings, showcasing the agency’s capabilities and innovative digital marketing solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling, and work with the Account Manager to expand the scope of services provided.
  • Continuously stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments.
  • Other tasks assigned by Account Manager.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management or a similar role, with a focus on digital marketing campaign execution.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
