Key Responsibilities:

  1. IT Support & System Operations
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, printers, and network devices for staff.
  • Provide daily technical support to users (in person or through the ticketing system).
  • Monitor and maintain the internal network, routers, VPN, WiFi, and related infrastructure.
  • Manage IT assets: devices, access accounts, software licenses, issuance & retrieval.
  • Guide employees in using internal tools: email, cloud storage, task management software, etc.
  1. Infrastructure & Information System Management
  • Oversee company servers (on-premise or cloud), data security, backup, and recovery processes.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor security policies, access control, and data protection.
  • Proactively monitor system performance and handle major incidents or security vulnerabilities.
  • Propose and plan hardware, software, and infrastructure upgrades based on business needs.
  1. Technology Advisory & Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Recommend technology solutions to optimize workflows, reduce operational costs, and improve team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with departments (HR, Operations, Creative, Development, etc.) to implement appropriate tools or systems (CRM, ERP, task management systems…).
  • Work with vendors to evaluate, select, and manage IT service contracts (email, hosting, cloud, etc.).
  1. Administration & Reporting
  • Build and manage the IT budget.
  • Prepare periodic reports on system health, risks, and improvement suggestions.
  • If applicable, train and assign tasks to junior IT staff.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Networking, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or IT Management roles.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows / macOS), internal networks, and office IT equipment.
  • Solid knowledge of system security, firewalls, and cloud services.
  • Proficient in account management tools, permission settings, data backup, and system monitoring.
  • Strong organization and time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Good communication skills; able to explain technical topics in simple, clear language.
