[HCM] ACCOUNT MANAGER

Account

Responsibility:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to join and contribute to pitch presentations, showcasing the agency’s capabilities and innovative digital marketing solutions.
  • Oversee project management, ensuring timely and efficient execution of campaigns while meeting client expectations and budgets.
  • Assign tasks and manage the account team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing regular updates on project progress, performance, and results.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling, and work with clients to expand the scope of services provided.
  • Lead and motivate the account team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in account planning, with a focus on creative and digital advertising.
  • Strong understanding of creative concepts, digital advertising channels, platforms, and best practices.
  • Proven strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative and effective campaign strategies.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
