[HCM] SENIOR UI/UX DESIGNER

Job Description:

• Conceptualize, design and produce wireframes, mock-ups and final interface assets
• Produce mock-up animations and prototypes
• Export necessary assets for the programmers
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behavior and translate insights into design solutions
• Develop user personas, scenarios, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and constructive criticism to improve design quality

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with experience in designing for web and mobile
  applications
• Strong passion for and UI/UX trends
• Must have English, be able to present designs to customers.
• Good understanding of colors, typography and layout
• Responsible and and pays attention to details
• Able to work under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Technical Qualifications:

• Proficient in creating and managing design systems in Figma
• Strong UX Wireframing skill
