Job Responsibility
- Collaborate with the Line Manager to develop departmental strategies.
- Supervise daily HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee relations to ensure high-quality outcomes in HR works and processes while aligning with company standards, policies, processes, and legal requirements.
- Keep track of and provide timely consultations to company leadership to ensure the company’s practice follows labor laws and regulations (contract, union, leave of absence, etc.)
- Design and develop HR systems or software applications, incorporating AI to enhance HR processes.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coach HR team members on best practices and foster a positive work environment.
- Manage the implementation of on-boarding process for new hires (orientation, familiarization, etc.) and various HR/administrative duties for the company.
- Assist the team with practical tasks whenever necessary. Whether it’s rolling up his/ her sleeves for recruitment or diving into payroll details, hands-on approach ensures smooth operations.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience and Education
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources management, preferably in the service industry.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Strong knowledge of HR, local labor laws and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or International Certificate in HR Management
